Hi, I’m Verónica, the baker behind Park Ave Delights LLC. Originally from Puerto Rico, my love for baking began by creating treats for my daughters and family. After moving to Niles, Ohio, I turned that passion into a business officially founded in 2017.

Park Ave Delights LLC is a home-based bakery specializing in custom cakes, cupcakes, and French macarons, all baked fresh to order using quality ingredients and handcrafted with care. While I am primarily self-taught, I further refined my skills through formal baking and pastry studies, graduating with High Honors from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. The art of cake decorating and baking is ever-evolving, and I remain committed to continual growth through advanced online courses and classes.

I am also proud to serve as a Sugar Angel for Icing Smiles, donating cakes to families impacted by a child’s critical illness.
