  I'm Verónica, the passionate baker behind the scenes, crafting delicious treats that delight your taste buds and elevate your celebrations.

 

Originally from Puerto Rico, my love for baking and creating delicious treats for my daughters and family has been a lifelong joy. After relocating to Niles, OH in 2011, I discovered a community that inspired me to share my culinary creations with the world.

 

  What started as a hobby of baking cupcakes for family and friends soon blossomed into Park Ave Delights LLC, officially founded in February 2017. As a home-based business operating under Ohio's Food Cottage Law, Park Ave Delights LLC has evolved from humble beginnings, expanding our offerings to include custom cakes and French macarons.

 

  While I'm primarily a self-taught baker, the challenges of the pandemic in 2021 inspired me to enroll in The Inter-American University of Puerto Rico's Baking and Pastry program. Achieving High Honors, I embraced the opportunity to refine existing skills and acquire new ones, acknowledging the constant evolution in this industry.

 

  I am proud to serve as a "Sugar Angel" for Icing Smiles, a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing joy to families impacted by a child's critical illness.   When I'm not immersed in the delightful world of baking, my passion unfolds through two equally enchanting hobbies: paper crafting and capturing the raw beauty of nature through photography.

 

  At Park Ave Delights LLC, I pour my heart and soul into every aspect of the baking process. From grocery shopping and mixing to packaging and photographing, each step is infused with love and dedication. While I navigate this journey mostly solo, my family is an unwavering pillar of support, lending a hand when the going gets tough. My baked goods are a testament to my commitment, they are beautiful and elegant. I believe in quality, and that starts with the ingredients. Every cake is baked fresh to order, using only the finest and freshest ingredients available, handcrafted with care, and baked with love ♥.
