Park Ave Delights LLC offers custom cakes, cupcakes, French macarons, and other small treats made to order in Niles, Youngstown, Trumbull County, and across Northeast Ohio. Whether for birthdays, weddings, or special events, simply fill out our inquiry form to get started.

Our cakes, cupcakes, and macarons are perfect for any occasion; birthdays, weddings, showers, graduations, holidays, corporate events or just because. We also offer wedding packages that include tiered cakes and macaron towers.

We do not have a storefront. Park Ave Delights LLC is a home-based business in Niles, OH. We serve all Northeast Ohio. We operate under the Ohio Cottage Food Law. I bake in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department. I can assure you that every possible care is taken to ensure clean, sanitary conditions. We strictly bake to order.

Keep in mind that we are strictly bake to order. I do not have any cakes pre-made for sale. We are unable to accommodate same-day custom orders. Every order I make are custom-made to order from start to finish. A 2-3 week notice is appreciated but if you have a big event like a Sweet Sixteen, Quinceañera, Wedding, Corporate event, etc., please try to make your order as soon as possible. It is never too early! For Graduations, Baptisms, First Communions, Christmas parties all those events that happen at the same time for everyone, you need to book early due to my limited availability. I require no less than a 7-day notice for small orders. Anything less is subject to availability and a Rush Fee of 25% or $20.00 - whichever is greater. This will assure proper planning & attention to your order.

Every custom cake from Park Ave Delights LLC is a one-of-a-kind creation, handcrafted from scratch for your special celebration. Here’s what the process looks like, from the first inquiry to the big day: 6–9 Months Before Event (Consultation & Booking) • We connect with the client (by email or message). • We discuss design inspiration, flavors, and serving size. • Once details are clear, the retainer is due to save your event date on our calendar. Hours to Complete 1–3 hours ​ 4–6 Months Before Event (Design Planning & Supplies) • Notes from the consultation are turned into design plans. • Non-edible supplies such as cake boards, dowels, or toppers are ordered as needed. Hours to Complete 1–2 hours​ ​​ 1 – 4 Weeks Before Event (Final Payment Due) • Depending on order size and complexity, final payments are due 1–3 weeks before the event.​ ​ 2 Weeks – 2 Months Before Event (Custom Sugar Work) • Sugar flowers can take quite a long time to create depending on the details. We make them well ahead of time to ensure each piece is perfect.​ • Fondant bows, figurines, or modeling chocolate accents are created and set aside so they’re ready for decorating day. ​Hours to Complete 6 – 36+ hours​​ ​ Week of the Event – 2 Weeks Before Your Event (Shopping for Ingredients or Order Online) • Ingredients are bought locally or ordered online in the right quantities to be used in the days leading up to your event. Hours to Complete 1 – 4 hours​​​ ​ 1 – 2 days Before your Event (Baking & Prep) • Your cake and treats are baked fresh. • Fillings and buttercreams are prepared • Decorations and custom details are completed. • Everything is chilled for freshness until final assembly Hours to Complete 3 – 15 hours​​​ ​ 1 day Before – Day of your Event (Decorating & Delivery Prep) • Cakes are iced, stacked, and decorated. • Custom pieces are carefully added Hours to Complete 2 – 10 hours​​​ ​ Day of the Event • Final details are added • Cakes are boxed for pickup or delivery. • Pickup or delivery as scheduled. • All instructions for transporting/serving are provided. • Enjoy your custom creation made just for your celebration! I do not offer any allergy or gluten-free products options. While we offer gourmet products without nuts or gluten, all our desserts are made fresh in the same kitchen. Though safety and sanitation are of the utmost importance to me, the potential for cross-contamination does exist. My kitchen regularly prepares items with products that may contain or come in contact with dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, nut oils, wheat, soy, gluten, coconut and other allergens including almond extract and meringue powder. We cannot prevent cross-contamination in our common prep areas. Our products cannot be certified as allergen-free, nut-free or gluten-free.
